Team Diplomatic Corpse

The Team was formed to play in the World Masters 2002 Tournament and consists of players who have gamed on this site. The name of the team was chosen by a vote, and indicates that our enemies are dead meat! The pun on "Corps" suggests we are a humorous bunch of jolly old boys who know how to have a good time, and get an agreement allowing us into Trieste to boot! Both current and former players are listed on this page, with the current team listed at the top. Although the site is South African, our players are from all over the World, which currently includes Australia. Or rather it did until they won the World Cup cricket!

Pavel toasts another victory!

Pavel Rabiner

Pavel Rabiner was born in Kiev, has lived in Israel, South Africa, and the UK and is currently in the US. Any apparent links between his presence in these countries and any political or economic turmoil experienced there are purely coincidental. Suggestions that he is a sleeper agent for remnant espionage agencies are libellous and will be pursued to the full extent of the law. His diplomacy was learnt as a young tag along to the older players at Wits Wargames Club in the mid eighties and was honed through eight years of working in the corporate world.
